You receive a curated shortlist with profiles, experience highlights, and availability.
④ Interviews
We help you interview confidently with structured questions and practical guidance.
⑤ Trial & decision
Where appropriate, we recommend a paid trial so everyone can confirm fit.
⑥ Onboarding & support
We provide templates and guidance to help you onboard smoothly and set expectations early.
Our Screening Process
All candidates undergo thorough safety and experience checks, including:
○ Identity and right-to-work verification (as applicable)
○ Working With Children Check (WWCC) / relevant check
○ Police check (or willingness to obtain)
○ First Aid + CPR (or willingness to obtain promptly)
○ Child-related reference checks (minimum two)
○ Interview and scenario-based assessment
