Unlike traditional agencies that charge significant placement fees, The Nanny Concierge operates with a simple service-based model. This allows us to focus on building the right match while maintaining a fair and accessible pricing structure for families.
Our Process
Family Onboarding – $449
To begin the process, we invite families to complete a family onboarding consultation. This one-time onboarding fee of $449 allows us to begin working closely with you to understand your household, your children, and the type of childcare professional who will best suit your family.
During this stage we will:
- Conduct an in-depth consultation to understand your family’s needs
- Discuss schedules, expectations, and parenting style
- Create a detailed job description tailored specifically to your family
- Identify the type of nanny best suited to your home
- Begin our personalised search and matching process
Our goal is to carefully connect families with professional nannies who align with your family values, lifestyle, and childcare requirements.
Important Note
While every family’s needs are unique, the process of identifying and securing the right professional nanny typically takes approximately 4–8 weeks.
This allows us the time to carefully source, vet, and present nannies who are the best possible fit for your family.
Refund Assurance
In the unlikely event that The Nanny Concierge is unable to secure a suitable nanny for your family, your Family Onboarding Fee will be fully refunded.
Terms and conditions apply and will be provided in our service agreement.

Continued Support
We understand that circumstances can occasionally change. If a nanny’s circumstances change after they have begun working with your family, The Nanny Concierge will assist in providing another suitable professional nanny without any additional onboarding fee.
